Who we are
Founded in 2024, Camiso Holdings LLC is a privately owned real estate investment and asset management company focused on acquiring, renovating, and managing high-quality real estate assets.
Our primary focus is the acquisition and modernization of single-family homes serving the upper-middle-class rental market. Since our founding, Camiso Holdings has acquired and improved seven residential properties — creating attractive, well-maintained homes that provide exceptional living experiences for tenants while contributing positively to the communities in which they are located.
Through disciplined acquisition strategies, hands-on asset management, and a commitment to quality, we continue to expand our portfolio and pursue new opportunities that align with our long-term objectives.
We plan to broaden our holdings over time, including the acquisition of warehouse and industrial assets, while maintaining our core philosophy of owning and operating quality properties that generate stable, long-term value.
